About the employer
Coram AI
AI-Native Physical Security
Coram is an AI physical security company. We make the cameras, AI NVRs, door readers and panic buttons, and the platform that runs them.

That platform puts video security, access control, guest management, emergency management and video alarms in one system. A badge swipe, a visitor check-in and the footage from that moment end up on the same screen. Coram also works with the cameras a building already has. An upgrade can start with the recorder, and the cameras stay on the wall. More than 1,500 organizations across North America run on Coram. School districts, healthcare providers, manufacturers, government agencies, places of worship and Fortune 500 companies all run on it. We sell through security integrator partners, who install each system. Ashesh Jain and Peter Ondruska founded Coram after building self-driving technology at Lyft. We've raised over $65M from Battery Ventures, Ansa Capital, 8VC, Mosaic Ventures and UP.Partners, and made the CB Insights AI 100. Coram is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, and hiring across sales, engineering, marketing, product and operations. Careers: coram.ai/careers Partners: coram.ai/partners

At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.
About the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations and own the processes and systems that run Coram’s go-to-market engine. You’ll identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and data accuracy, then design processes and build systems and AI workflows to deliver those improvements. You’ll own this work from initial problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
This role combines process design with hands-on systems building. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across sales, channel, enablement, marketing, and finance to simplify critical GTM processes, administer HubSpot and the sales engagement and dialing stack, and prioritize AI-native automation so the sales team can spend more time selling.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, documentation, implementation, and adoption of core GTM processes.
- Administer and continuously improve HubSpot and the sales engagement and dialing stack (Salesloft and Nooks), including object and property design, pipelines, workflows, sequences, permissions, and integrations.
- Analyze rep workflows, system data, and stakeholder input to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and data accuracy, and translate findings into practical process and system changes.
- Build and deploy AI agents, workflows, and automations that eliminate manual work for reps.
- Own CRM data quality and integrations across CRM, sales engagement, dialing, enrichment, conversation intelligence, and finance systems to ensure reliable pipeline, attribution, and partner data.
- Lead implementation and change management for the processes and tools you introduce, ensuring adoption and ongoing maintenance and measuring their impact on rep productivity and data accuracy.
- Communicate clear recommendations, progress, and results to sales leadership and cross-functional partners, connecting system and process improvements to business outcomes.
Skills and qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM systems, or a related field, with meaningful experience supporting an outbound sales team at a B2B technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to take a process or system problem from an ambiguous starting point through design, implementation, adoption, and measurable improvements in team productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce, including CRM architecture, objects and properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, data quality, reporting, and best practices. HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
- Administrator-level experience with a sales engagement platform (Salesloft or Outreach) and a dialer (Nooks or similar), including sequence design, call logging, dispositions, and CRM synchronization.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents or automations that remove manual work from sales workflows, with clear judgment about when to build an AI workflow and when to buy an off-the-shelf system.
- Experience designing and implementing processes, tools, and systems that sales teams adopt and rely on, supported by effective change management.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and revenue processes, including lead routing, territory management, deal stages, forecasting, and partner or channel sales.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect tools through APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain tradeoffs plainly to reps, managers, executives, and partners and enforce process requirements when needed.
- Strong ownership and judgment, with the ability to prioritize independently and balance long-term system improvements with immediate business needs.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in Sunnyvale, CA.
Nice to have
- Current or recent experience at a high-growth Series A–C company.
- Experience with a channel or partner-led sales model.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing AE team through a hiring ramp, including onboarding systems and activity reporting for new hires.
- Experience with data enrichment tools.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools (Fireflies, Gong, or similar) and experience building call-quality or qualification scoring workflows using transcripts.
- Exposure to quote-to-cash and deal desk workflows, CPQ, and finance system integrations.
- Background in physical security, IoT, video, or hardware-plus-software sales.
What we offer
- 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance
- Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays
- 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options
- Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company
