ASHER Health · Sales · Full time · Dallas area, in our office five days a week · Reports to the Chief Sales Officer and co-founder, day to day with the Sales Manager · $55,000 base plus commission on every partner your bookings produce, no cap · The path runs to Business Consultant
Who this seat is for
The setter who books more shows than anyone on the team and wants to close next. You call fast, you hate watching a hot lead go cold, and you can tell us your daily numbers. You want a path to a closing seat, not a phone forever.
If your last job capped what you could make, buried you in cold lists or had no way up, this is the seat.
Why setters move here
- Every person you call raised a hand first. They applied on our site, booked on their own or came from one of our live sessions. No cold lists.
- Speed is the job, and the leads are there to prove it. New applications and self-bookings get a call inside five minutes, 8 AM to 8 PM.
- The path is real. The next Business Consultant seat goes to the BDR who earned it, and two months at Great on the scoreboard puts you first in line. A Senior consultant is on target for $136,460.
- You get coached every day: recorded calls, role play and a scoreboard everyone can see.
The floor closed 52 new partners in August and 72 in September. The goal is 200 a month, and every one of them starts with a booking.
Why ASHER
ASHER Health is the medical infrastructure underneath wellness businesses. Gyms, med spas, chiropractors, coaches and longevity clinics plug into our licensed providers in all 50 states, our 503A compounding pharmacies, our care team and our partner portal. Their clients get real medical care with the partner’s name on it. More than 850 partners run on ASHER today, with zero compliance issues in under two years. The mission is to bridge the gap between medicine and wellness.
The job, day to day
You call owners who raised a hand, find out what they’re trying to build and put them on a consultant’s calendar for a 45-minute consult inside five days. You confirm every booking by voice the day before and leave the consultant a note worth reading. You work the BDR board, follow up the live session lists and clear overnight applications before 9:30.
You don’t run consults or quote pricing, and you never cold call. Shifts are staggered so someone covers 8 AM to 8 PM. Every call is recorded, and the scripts change as we learn. You’ll help write them.

What it pays
$55,000 base. You earn $30 every time a consult you booked becomes a paying partner, on the first call or a follow-up inside 90 days. You earn $20 when an owner who booked on their own becomes a partner after you qualified them on the phone first. Ten of each in a month is $500 on top of base, and twenty of each is $1,000. No cap. Commission is paid on the 20th of the following month. Health benefits and paid time off.
The bigger money is the next seat. A Junior consultant is on target for $94,720 and a Senior for $136,460.
Who wins here
Up to two years in a phone-first seat with a scoreboard: setter, SDR, BDR, inside sales, reservations, collections or fundraising. You can give us your daily numbers: dials, conversations, bookings and shows. You keep calling when a list goes cold, you change the next call after feedback, and you want a career in sales.
Wellness or fitness experience is a plus, never a requirement. No degree required. Spanish helps.
This isn’t your seat if
- You’d rather text than call.
- Remote is a must.
- You’ve never had a number to hit.
- You want to skip straight to closing. We promote from the board when you’ve earned it.
How to apply
Send your resume with a short note that answers three questions.
- What were your daily numbers in your last phone job? Dials, conversations, bookings and show rate.
- When did you turn a “not now” into a booked meeting? Tell us how.
- Why is a closing seat your next step?
We read every note. Applications without numbers don’t move forward.
The process takes about a week. First, a 20-minute phone screen with our talent lead, with a short role play. Next, a 45-minute interview with our Sales Manager, where you walk us through your numbers and run a booking call. Last, an in-person final with our Chief Sales Officer and co-founder, with time on the sales floor. You hear back inside 48 hours at every step.
Our values: care like it’s personal, finish what you own, be easy to trust, find a way, leave it better, choose growth over ego. We hire for them and we coach to them. ASHER Health is an equal opportunity employer.
