Implementation Manager

We’re looking for highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. This person will oversee the implementation of SaaS (Software as a Service) technology solutions within our organization. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the implementation process, from project planning and resource management to interacting with the client to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the SaaS technology. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, have a strong technical background, and a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS implementations on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to align project goals and ensure effective communication throughout the implementation process.
• Resource Management:
• Identify and allocate resources required for the implementation, including internal team members and external vendors or consultants.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project risks throughout the implementation and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Vendor Management:
• Work closely with SaaS vendors to ensure clear understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee the implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and training activities. Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Change Management:
• Develop change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of the SaaS technology within the organization. Provide guidance and support to end-users during the transition process.
• Project Reporting:
• Generate regular project status reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and issues or risks. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management as required.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the SaaS solution meets the defined requirements and is aligned with industry best practices.
• Post-Implementation Support:
• Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring system performance, addressing user issues, and coordinating with vendors for bug fixes or system enhancements.

Qualifications

• College degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SaaS concepts, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
